company, products, and how we do business. We believe that
because we're a small company we have to do a little more than the
bigger ones to deserve your business. Since all aluminum
companies have access to the same products we feel that our area to
excel in is the manner in which the products are installed and in the
way that the customer is treated.
We've noticed that most of our competitors don't show up for estimates
on time (if at all). We understand how important your time is and
are very committed to being on time for the estimate and job. I
know how I feel when I'm kept waiting by the cable company, phone
company, etc..... I'm simply not going to keep you waiting. We
don't over schedule our work. This allows time for unforeseen problems
and ensures the next job starts as scheduled. Additionally once
your job has been started we're not going to pull off of it to start
another one. There is almost never a circumstance where we would
pull off your job.
I'm a state certified specialty structure contractor and I do ALL estimates and I am 100% on ALL jobs from beginning to
end. We typically don't ask for deposits on work, you simply pay
when we're done.
