Warranty Information

We offer a lifetime warranty on everything we install.  What we install will not fall or leak, we insure that it is installed properly from the beginning and will stay that way.   Like any warranty we don't cover against damage due to no fault or our own.  We are not responsible for acts of nature, or damage caused by any other means not related to the way the material was installed. In the unlikely event you need a service call, it will be a priority to get it taken care of as soon as possible.  Our manufatucures also offer warrenties on their products.  Most products have a limited lifetime warranty that they would honor in the event that their product fails.  Unless noted in writing, the manufacture handles, offers, and maintains all product related warranty issues and Michael Herman Siding, Inc. handles and maintains all warranty issues related to the installation.  We will be happy to help in arranging product related warranty issues between the manufature and you.
